Manila, Philippines – The Philippine safety and security industry took another step forward as Worldbex Services International (WSI) brought together leading organizations, exhibitors, and industry partners during the Grand Launch and Exhibitors’ Orientation for the World of Safety and Security Expo (WOSAS) 2026. The event, held alongside the grand launch of WOCEE 2026, officially signaled the start of preparations for one of the country’s largest gatherings dedicated to safety, security, and protection technologies.

Hosted on July 21 at the SMX Convention Center Manila, the event welcomed hundreds of exhibitors and stakeholders eager to preview what visitors can expect from WOSAS 2026. Simultaneously livestreamed on the WOSAS official Facebook page, the program introduced participating exhibitors and offered audiences an early look at the products, services, and solutions that will be featured during the four-day exposition this August.

One of the highlights of the program was the participation of JS Global Hardware, the event’s MAJOR SPONSOR and top provider for high-quality industrial supplies and equipment, which expressed its enthusiasm for supporting an event that promotes innovation, preparedness, and stronger safety standards across industries. Ms. Aly Sevilla, the Marketing Manager for JS Global Hardware, shared this excitement onstage during the grand launch program and said that their participation will help WOSAS in promoting better safety for tomorrow. The support from JS Global Hardware for WOSAS reflects the growing commitment of private sector leaders to advancing a more resilient and secure Philippines. Activ8, the leading distributor for security solutions and equipment, will also be present during WOSAS as a MINOR SPONSOR.

Further underscoring the importance of collaboration, WSI also hosted a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) Signing Ceremony, bringing together respected security associations and partner organizations in a shared commitment to advancing the country’s safety and security sector. Led by Ms. Jill Aithnie Ang, Managing Director of WSI, the ceremony formalized strategic partnerships that will help strengthen industry cooperation, encourage knowledge sharing, and promote the adoption of modern safety and security solutions. Participating organizations included Activ8, The Attack Arena, Beat Burnout, JS Global Hardware (w/ CEO Mr. Jerwyn Sitosta), Kapwa Kolektive, Social Security System (SSS), and the United Architects of the Philippines (UAP) Mandaluyong and San Juan Chapters.

As threats continue to evolve across physical and digital environments, WOSAS remains a vital platform where industry professionals, government agencies, solution providers, and businesses can connect, exchange insights, and discover the latest innovations shaping the future of security. From surveillance systems and access control technologies to emergency response solutions, fire protection, cybersecurity, and workplace safety, the expo offers a comprehensive showcase of products and expertise designed to create safer communities and more secure organizations.
